POLICY
Please come to your initial installation and re-tightening sessions with your hair freshly washed (within 24 hours)
Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services
If you are sick at any time, please reschedule (cancellation fees apply)
For installations and re-tightenings, please bring all the meals/snacks that you will need so that you can break in place. This will ensure time is optimized
If you must cancel, please do so 48 hrs. in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee
If you are running late, please call. If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please reschedule
Your follow-on appointment should always be scheduled before you leave to ensure future availability
